| 4/1/2005 | Peninsula CatWorks formally incorporated as a California Nonprofit Public Benefit Corporation. | | 3/21/2005 | The Palo Alto Humane Society has divested itself of its homeless cat care, rescue and adoption program, although it will continue its spay/neuter voucher program. Peninsula CatWorks has been established by former PAHS volunteers to continue the desperately needed work of caring for homeless cats on the Mid-Peninsula. |
