Tiger passed away 6/1/2016. RIP.

Tiger w/GA (PCW #1664)
Male
Domestic Medium Hair / Torbie
brown, black, white

Tiger likes to be by himself. He'll come out for food and to use the litter box, but the rest of the time he'll be sleeping in another part of the house in whatever his current favorite spot is at the moment (throw rug, carpet, empty box, etc.). He has a good purr, but he doesn't meow much.

Tiger lived with my mother-in-law in Southern California at the time of her stroke in 2013. None of her relatives or friends wanted him, so we brought him to live with us in the Bay Area when she had to enter an assisted living facility.

We can no longer care for him because he has become a painful reminder of the bitterness and fighting that have occurred over the course of determining the long term care needs of my mother-in-law.

Ideal home would be quiet. Tiger likes to be petted by our middle school aged son, but will get up when he's had enough. As an older cat (13 years is our best estimate), Tiger is not interested in toys or going outside anymore

Tiger's hair is thinning.
