Leonidas is a very easy going cat. He's very affectionate and loves to cuddle. He has lived alone and with other cats. He gets along with dogs. He has no problem with new people. He is an indoor cat, but he loves being put on a leash and taken outside. He is not picky about his food or his litter. He also takes pills very easily. He will even when he's having his nails clipped, as long as he's in the mood for it.

I adopted him when he was a baby, so it breaks my heart that I can no longer provide a good home for him. I live alone, and my job increasingly requires me to travel for weeks at a time. Even though I have a great cat sitter, she only spends, at most, an hour a day with him, which means he spends a lot of time -- too much time -- alone.

All Leonidas needs to make him happy is affection and companionship. He'd be happy with any person or people who can give him that, with or without other pets to keep him company.

Leonidas has had allergies, which have been very effectively treated with a daily pill, which he takes very easily. He's otherwise in perfect health.
