Charlie was found 7 years ago in a home that took poor care of him. He was being fed Cheerios and mistreated. Valerie brought him home and has cared for him while in college. Since then she has married and started a family and found a job as a special Ed. Teacher and is now moving into a new home. Feels she is unable to properly care for and spend time with Charlie.

Charlie would be happiest in a home with children. Or an older person who loves to talk to him. He loves attention and petting and is very calming and sweet.
