Princess of the litter, Sophia loves to be picked up and cuddled. Her favorite activity is to perch on a lap and survey her kingdom and subjects. But she never uses her ice-blue eyes for an icy stare; it's always a plea for more petting! But, she is just as comfortable getting down and wrestling her sisters and brother. She is energetic in play, yet sweet-tempered and affectionate. While not purebred, this kitten has the look and good temperament of the typical snowshoe -- a rare find!
Mom-cat Talia was wandering Whipple Avenue in Redwood City near a large apartment complex. She was quite thin but obviously very pregnant and abandoned. A cat lover in the complex brought her inside and contacted PCW asking for help. That night Talia gave birth to Mimi, Richard, Sophia and Lyla. PCW took over care of this cat family when the kittens were two weeks old.
