Sam has been adopted!
Sam w/KP (PCW #1217)
Male
Siamese Mix
gray points

Sam is a handsome cat with a sweet, gentle disposition. He loves to curl up with you while you're watching TV or reading a book. He can also be chatty, and will tell you all about his day when you come home. He will even follow you around and talk to you, generally because he's looking for a treat! He's got big blue eyes and very soft fur - great for petting! He's a bit skittish around loud noises, but warms up to new people quite quickly. He is definitely a people-oriented cat -- not the kind you never see. An all round wonderful companion.

I adopted Sam from the SPCA five years ago. At the time, I was told that he would want a quiet home, which I had. Since then, I've gotten married, gotten a dog, and recently had a baby. The commotion in the household is simply too much for Sam.

Sam would like a quite home with 1-2 adults and where he is the only pet. He loves attention, but is quite content to curl up in a sunny spot. He can be playful at times, and is a curious fellow. He is a stickler for a clean litter box.
Sam is in good health and has had regular vet visits. He eats a hard, urinary tract food to prevent urinary tract blockages (he had one four years ago but it has not recurred); this can be purchased at the vet or even at a pet store. He is due for a teeth cleaning, which I will pay for and can arrange prior to adoption. Siamese cats tend to get plaque build-up, and he seems to need a cleaning every 5 years. He is an indoor cat.
