This is Edie!

Edie and her three her siblings were hidden by their mother under shipping pallets at the new El Camino Hospital building in Mountain View.  The people who rescued them had a very difficult time getting to these kittens because they were not allowed on the construction site.  With the help of a security guard, all four kittens were rescued in the nick of time because the construction crew had begun moving the pallets with their big concrete flower pots and they could have been squashed!

Edie and her brother Eddie look very much alike with the long fur and the black and white color.  An easy way to tell the two apart is that Edie has black on her nose.  Also the white patch above her nose is diamond-shaped.  Edie is the smallest of her siblings but that doesn't stop her from wrestling with them.  She can hold her own. She was very shy when she first came to stay with her fosterers but is now happy and friendly with a little shy side.  She has fallen for one of the adult cats in the family and we often find them cuddling together.  She purrs and purrs as he licks her head.

Littermates: Earl, Eddie, Ely
