Meet Tina!  Tina and her sister, Tania were found in Sunnyvale and taken to the Humane Society Silicon Valley.  Her history and background are not known to us but because she came to the shelter looking very clean and fed, it is possible that she had an owner. 

Tina is absolutely beautiful with a healthy coat and big eyes that peer out from her speckled face.  She needs to be in a home with someone who has a lot of patience and is willing to coax her out of her shy shell.  When she is lying in her basket, she likes to be petted and will purr.  But, she is still a little leary about being touched outside of her comfort zone.  Even though she is shy, she is not shy about exploring the house.  If she hears a noise, she will come around to investigate. 

She enjoys playing with the younger cats in the house but can be a little aggressive at times with the older cats. Also, as far as we know she has not been around dogs, so we do not know how she will react.
